Policies and Terms
Your interaction with the store means your agreement to the terms and policies.
Order Confirmation and Processing Policy:
- Cash on delivery orders require a deposit to confirm the order.
- Customer must request two spare parts within 4 hours of ordering.
- The equipment is fully installed, equipped, tested and operated before being sent to the customer.
- The store has the right to change the order without consulting the customer, provided that this change is to the same category or for the better, such as adding a better graphics card or a higher category processor, even if the product company changes, such as adding Asus instead of MSI for graphics cards, for example, but not limited to.
- The store has the right to cancel upgrades (for collections) without referring to the customer, provided that the full value of the upgrade is returned.
Shipping, Delivery and Damage Policy:
- Devices will be delivered to the shipping company within 1-3 business days from the order date .
- Shipping via Aramex and SMSA usually arrives within 2-7 business days (Friday is a holiday) .
- Shipping via FastLoad often arrives within 2-14 business days (Friday off).
- If the customer wishes to insure the shipment, please contact customer service.
- The store has the right to choose the shipping company or change the shipping method .
- The customer can track the shipment through the shipping company's website .
- VET PC Store is not responsible for devices after they are delivered to the shipping company, whether for shipment delays or damages to the shipment or device due to shipping. The customer must check the shipment before signing to receive it and not receive it if it is damaged.
- VET PC Store is not responsible for any damage including breakage caused by the shipping company. Therefore, the customer must file a complaint with the shipping company and file a complaint with Saudi Post against the shipping company .
- After receiving the order, the customer must review the parts and ensure that they conform to the required specifications. If there are any comments, the customer must contact the management directly via the official email: [email protected] .
Pricing, Payment and Order Cancellation Policy:
- Custom quotes for specific customers are valid for 48 hours only .
- We are not bound by any expired quote (advertisement), whether the quantity or the offer date has expired .
- No invoice will be approved unless the customer pays the full amount, and the deposit system can only be used in special cases .
- The customer can cancel the order within 6 hours or after the device is installed, whichever comes first. After that, the order cannot be canceled (for computer assemblies only).
- If the customer decides to cancel the order after the PC has been assembled and installed but the order has not yet been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the installation cost estimated at 200 riyals, in addition to other costs related to unpacking the product, which amounts to 800 riyals, due to the resulting damage to the store related to reselling the product (not including orders that have been received).
Order cancellation fees:
- If payment is made by bank transfer, the full amount will be returned to the customer .
- If payment is made via Mada, the customer will bear the bank fees, which are estimated at 1.75% + 1 riyal of the order value .
- If payment is made via Visa or Apple Pay, the customer will bear the bank fees of 2.2% + 1 riyal of the order value .
- If payment is made via (Tabby, Tamara, MIS PAY, Madfoo, or Emkan), the customer will bear the payment gateway fee of 2.2% + 1 riyal of the order value.
- In case of shipment, the customer shall bear the shipping and packaging fees.
- The refund process will be completed within 14 working days .
- If the shipping cost is free, it will be calculated in the event of a return and is estimated at 30 riyals.
Warranty Policy:
- According to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce, all parts under warranty are subject to the (consumer value) policy .
- The guarantor is the agent and not VET PC Store.
- The warranty period for most parts is two years for hardware manufacturing defects. It does not cover data or other faults such as breakages, fan failure in cases, or damage resulting from misuse. The warranty extension option is not available .
- If a problem occurs with the device within just 3 days of receiving it, the VET PC store will bear the shipping costs to and from the customer . After the third day, the store is not obligated to receive the device at its own expense.
- In the event of a malfunction in one of the parts, only the malfunctioning part is sent, and in the event that the malfunctioning part is not known, the device is sent
VET PC Store is not responsible for poor packaging or damage to the device due to shipping, God forbid .
- The maximum maintenance period is 14 working days from the date the agent receives the item, not from the date the store receives it.
- Attempting to service the product at any service center not authorized by the agent will void the product warranty .
- The warranty will not apply to any damages resulting from (using accessories incompatible with the product - or not following the manufacturer's instructions) .
- The warranty is void if the product is used improperly, such as overclocking the processor or graphics card, overheating, or downloading dangerous software.
- If the serial number has been removed from the item's packaging and the item's carton is missing, we will not be able to cover the repair costs. Please ensure that the serial number has not been tampered with or removed and that the carton is kept. If this happens, we will not be able to serve you .
- If the warranty sticker is removed, the device warranty will be void regardless of other considerations.
- We will inspect any part before sending it to the agent to ensure that the problem is caused by a manufacturing error.
- The device is tested using benchmark programs, but games are not tested .
- During the warranty period, you can have the item serviced every time your item needs maintenance.
- If the device is in good condition and has no defects, the customer will bear the inspection cost of 100 riyals.
- The free gifts offered by VET PC Store (such as accessories) are guaranteed for one week of operation only .
- The customer bears the shipping costs in the case of warranty (receipt and delivery worth 60 riyals) .
- VET PC Store is not responsible for errors or damages that occur due to shipping, whether during sending or receiving .
- VET PC Store is not an educational entity, so we do not provide educational services, training, or explanations.
Exchange and return policy:
- The return period is 3 days from the date the customer receives the order, and the exchange period is 7 days (the product must be in the factory packaging)
In other cases, it is prohibited to return the product for any reason (for ready-made products only) .
- The computer cannot be returned after it has been shipped for any reason, and defective parts will be replaced by the agent .
Exchange and return steps:
You can submit a replacement or return request via WhatsApp, including the following information:
• Subject: Exchange or return

• Customer name :
• Reason for exchange or return :
• The name of the product to be replaced, along with the specifications, such as the required color and quantity.
• (Bank name + IBAN number + account holder name) * The account holder name must match the invoice holder name.
• You will be informed of the refund method once your order is received and the item and its accessories are confirmed to be in good condition.
Important alerts in case of warranty, replacement or return:
- In case of return, the product must be in its original condition and in the factory packaging.
- The device must be packaged in its original carton and ensure that the packaging is intact and good.
- The store is not responsible for poor packaging or damage to the device due to shipping, God forbid.
- In the event that the item is misshipped (broken), we will notify the customer immediately to file a claim against the shipping company.
- Warranty does not cover any broken item.
- The customer bears all shipping costs.
- All personal information and files must be removed (the store is not responsible for lost information)
